About

I'm a Honolulu-based actor and musician…

...although my day job is running an international science organization.

So I'm both left- and right-brained. I'm both-brained, I guess you could say.

I’m a SAG-AFTRA actor who’s worked as a background actor and body double on numerous episodes of Hawaii Five-0, and I'm ready for some more adventurous work. Wayne Ward has been my acting coach for for the last 3 years, and I’ve got some material I'm proud of (but I’m always trying to get better). I was born and raised in the middle part of the USA, but I love accents and have learned to do not-so-bad imitations of a few. New York, French, British RP, and German are my favorites.

A little background as character context:

  • I've lived and/or traveled in 53 countries.
(So I've met quite a few characters.)

  • I have a Masters degree in international relations.
(So I know how to be diplomatic.)

  • I work on climate change, biodiversity, and food/water/energy issues.
    (Somebody's gotta.)

  • I would love to walk on the moon one day.
(I know some actual astronauts who did.)

  • Blade Runner is the greatest film ever made.

(Also, Deckard is not a replicant.)

  • I was once almost eaten by a crocodile in New Guinea. (True story.)

And I love films and music. Acting is something I started late in life (if you don't count high school performances), but I've been told I have a certain knack for it. Must be those crocodile-dodging experiences.

I'm represented by ADR Agency in Honolulu, and I've been a member of SAG-AFTRA since 2016. (SAG-AFTRA #10524079)
