Hey there, I’m Burke Burnett. I’m an actor, musician, and science pro working and living in Honolulu.

My day job is running an international science organization… and I’m also an actor and musician.

So I'm both left- and right-brained. I'm both-brained, I guess you could say.

I’m a SAG-AFTRA actor who’s worked as a background actor and body double on numerous episodes of Hawaii Five-0, and I'm ready for some more adventurous work. Wayne Ward has been my acting coach for for many years, and I’ve got some material I'm quite proud of (but I’m always trying to get better). I was born and raised in the middle part of the USA, but I love accents and have learned to do not-so-bad imitations of a few. New York, French, British RP, and German are my favorites.

I've lived and/or traveled in 53 countries.
(So I've met quite a few characters.)
I have a Masters degree in international relations.
(So I know how to be diplomatic.)
I work on climate change, biodiversity, and food/water/energy issues.
(Somebody's gotta.)
I would love to walk on the moon one day.
(I know some actual astronauts who did.)
Blade Runner is the greatest film ever made.
(Also, Deckard is not a replicant.)
I was once almost eaten by a crocodile in New Guinea.
(True story.)

And I love films and music. Acting is something I started late in life (if you don't count high school performances), but I've been told I have a certain knack for it. Must be those crocodile-dodging experiences.
